We've been here many times since we discovered it many years ago and the first thing we value is its consistency: we have always walked out happy with our food and the dishes we tried one year are equally good the next. We have had every dish on the menu and they are all great, but the bobotie, Directeur General... More

I was misled by the reviews as below and unfortunately ventured to eat here, with a friend The signature dish here "Grilled fish" was simply awful. Nothing extraordinary about it/Nothing African about it/ too many bones and thorns in the fish chosen/no flavors. The restaurant on a friday night was full. However, its a very tiny place with very few... More

Authentic African meal in Buenos Aires. Who thought that you could find this jewel. Off the enaten path in a small clean place but well worth it. Great food and will highly recommend it. After eating excellent meat for a week the grilled fish and plantains were a treat.

Really cute restaurant in the lovely Villa Crespo neighborhood! Its small so I would recommend booking, but the food is delicious! Really fresh, and flavours are amazing! A delicious, authentic meal and also a nice change from Argentinean restaurants. Staff are also very attentive and friendly!

El Buen Sabor serves African cuisine. West African more notably. In BsAs. There's a lot to be said for such variety and novelty. Unfortunately, it's not really very GOOD African food. It's not bad at all, and will surely satisfy the tastebuds of those unfamiliar with African food and hungry for something different. it's a homey little spot, although a... More

Buenos Aires is always - and fairly - associated with meat. But we wanted something less conventional, so we chose El Buen Sabor. Our son and his wife are regular customers, and they assisted us in picking BOBOTIE and GRILLED FISH. Both turned out great. Dishes are generous in size and in flavor. The place is small and on Saturday... More

A former Camerunese football player that decides to settle in Buenos Aires and opens an african food's "resto"? Sounds weird, but it's true. Maxime is in the kitchen preparing such traditional dishes like roti, bobotie, DG and grilled whole fish (delicious). Big portions and great value for your money. The place may be small, but the heart is really big!... More

Whoever has been to Buenos Aires knows that they have great meat and wine. But after eating beef night after night, you might want eat something different for a change. And what a change it is! Small typical african restaurant with great food. You won't find better in Africa. The chef is from Cameron. Don't miss the fried yuca (mandioca)... More
