If you want better service, go to the other Museo del Jamon location in downtown at Av 9 de Julio and Rivadavia. The ambient at this downtown location is also better and more lively. I don't know if it is me or what, but I would say the the cuisine at the downtown location is much better.

I went with my job colleagues and we enjoyed a nice dinner. The starters were really good, the raw ham was amazing as well as the Spanish potato tortilla. The main dish was good, I ordered ham with roasty potatoes, was tender, well done, and testy. I had the chance to test the pasta, amazing sorrentinos with tomatoes and vegetable... More

We booked this restaurant recommended from our hotel to spend there New Year's Night. We wanted to be in Puerto Madero area and this restaurant was much cheaper then the others around. New Year's menu costed 1000 - 1500 ARS per person less then in the other restaurants closer to the bridge. And we got 20% discount for payment in... More

Christmas dinner was very nice. Food and service was good. Location is good, front line in Puerto Madero. Price was better than nearby restaurants when paying in cash.

We had one of the worst meals I have had in BA. We started with a serrano and manchego plate that was fair at best. We ordered 2 different fish entrees - both where overcooked - dry, tough and with unpleasant sauces. This at a restaurant with premium prices (by local standards). The only plate that was enjoyable was the... More

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
