Some of the best sushi I've ever eaten. I have dreams about the salmon sashimi with passion fruit. Passion fruit shrimp and Kobe beef were excellent as well. A must visit in BA.

Since Sushi is a high margin food, why price it as if it is dipped in gold. We had a seaweed salad [very food] a fish cooked in banana leaf [overcooked but the sauce was good] Small portion for 40 dollars. Duck confit [average] 2 pieces of sushi, octopus]. Just about the same as anywhere. Sake which was fine. Not sure... More

It's really expensive for what you get, an average fair-enough sushi, that you can find any corner in a major city. Never come back.

I was definitely curious of this place. It came up often in highly rated restaurant listings. I enjoy sushi but yet my husband does not. This usually isn't a problem as there is always a land meat option. The drinks are expensive, the fish is expensive, the dessert is expensive. I get it, some places just are but at the... More

The best Japanese-Peruvian fusion in Buenos Aires and possibly one of the top restaurants in the whole city. Best dishes: The crispy rice niguiri, mariscos al fuego and passion shrimp. We spent New Year's Eve with a complete tasting menu. Worth every penny. Excellent service. Excellent wine list.

I am a huge fan of Osaka and go frequently to it in Sao Paulo. Being in Buenos Aires, it was the perfect choice for a parilla brake. As usual, food is fantastic and service is great! However, I must say it does not come cheap. Menu was fairly more expensive than Sao Paulo's. Worth every cent!

We chose Osaka for lunch. It became a long, wonderful lunch where we awarded the waiter a carte blanche to make choices for us on a couple of hints. The service was great, ambience is very nice, indeed and the bar is first class. We enjoyed the Asian fusion approach, some Peruvian twists and overall great quality. Our menu was... More

We didn't have reservations, but you can eat at the bar. Had sashimi and a white fish cooked in leaves (yum). Bar staff was attentive. Great cocktail list. Very upscale lighting made for a cool atmosphere. Definitely a "beautiful people" hangout!

Peruvian style sushi. Very fresh and tasty. the waitress was particularly helpful in helping us choose our dishes. We had a wide variety of plates which were brought out in the correct order from ,ild to spicy.

I try to go every time I visit BA. I have been going at least twice a year for the last 5/6 years and it has always been an excellent experience. It is not cheap, and the prices are similar to NY, Paris or London but the quality of the fish and the experience is worth it. The drinks are... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
