One of the most amazing food I've ever eaten. We were in 4 and ordered risoto, salmon, sushi, ceviche and shrimps. The food was so delicious as the appetizers! We bought two bottle of wine too. The waiter was really nice with us. The place is in the top of a building so you cannot see it easily. We made... More

Its a bit to dark, we couldnt read the menus without the torch of our celphones ! The menu is resonable but somehow the dishes arent any... More

Nice place, lounge music but not to loud. Good diner, but we especially enjoyed the wine pairing proposed by the sommelier, each of us had a special glass to go with each course. Excellent way to discover what Argentina's wine can offer. In our case 4 different white wines, fantastic.

Four of us went last night for dinner. WAY, WAY over priced. $10 USD for a bottle of water. Food tasted okay. Wait staff thought they were doing us a favor. On top of it all, I got tourista (upset stomach) from the food. The restaurant looks nice, and the bar is probably okay, but forget the food.

Atmosphere for singles looking - beyond that, we had a very good recommendation from the sommelier on the wines, and the food was amazing.

Great bar with very friendly staff who seem to enjoy working there. Prices are reasonable and the cocktails do the job.

Staying in Retiro

Neighbourhood Profile
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
