Very good place and argentinian Food. All People there really very nice. The argetinian meat is one of the best of the world.

Delicious tapas and a lovely lightly dressed ceasar salad made a great late dinner. Local beer and of course local wine by the glass makes tasting easy.

As typical of Park Hyatt locations, the building is beautiful and the staff attentive. We ordered a la carte and found the prices to be very reasonable. My boar meat entree was DELICIOUS and incredibly memorable. Would recommend Bistro M for fine dining
