I came here on a recommendation from my Airbnb host Nuno. I was definitely not disappointed! I was welcomed with a big smile from Renata Who looked after me very well the whole night. My first course was a home-made empanada which was delicious then this was followed by A perfectly cooked steak and a delicious salad. I also received... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local and we made reservations early the next day. It is a small, couple run restaurant, he does the cooking and she serves and runs it. Very personal, and small menu, but so good. We had empanadas and grilled mushrooms on toast, then steak and flan. Everything was absolutely delicious, we ate... More

We came because we read about the empanadas. We were very late arriving with no reservation on a busy night. By luck, we were seated at a fantastic two person table The ambiance is great. Rustic and artisanal and antique crafts everywhere. Renada was our server and she was a dream. Recommended reasonable portions so we could sample both the... More

This charming eatery has an original feel which reflects a restaurant which been lovingly created. There is a warmth and atmosphere which makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Although the menu is limited be assured that whatever you choose will have been created with love. We choose the empanadas and mushroom bruschetta which were both delicious. The mains were the... Resembles a lovely country restaurant in rural New England; simple and attractive decor, with nicely spaced and comfortable tables; not much of a view of the lake, the major feature of Bariloche, but most would have had multiple views of that and other lakes for days anyway. A limited but perfectly balanced menu both in food and wine. Some superb... More

I keep thinking about the meal we had here! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. If nothing else, get a bunch of empanadas, wine and dessert (though everything we tried was amazing!) You won't regret it! My only wish is that they were open on Mondays and Tuesdays so we could enjoy another meal here! We cannot say enough... More

I've read reviews where people have written that "this is the best steak I've eaten in my life" and I scoffed. But damn, this is really the best freakin steak I've eaten in my life and I've eaten too much steak in Argentina at this point. I still salivate thinking about it. Thin charred crust on the outside and the... More

This should be the number one restaurant in Bariloche! We were fortunate enough to be staying just over the road - and to get a table, but it is everything a restaurant should be. Our hosts were just brilliant and have a great concept. Excellent ingredients cooked to perfection in a very friendly and cosy atmosphere. We went on Sunday... More

Empanadas, ribeye steaks, and wine to die for. A salad that was adorned in sliced avocados was the perfect compliment to the steak. Decidedly one of the best dining experiences that I have ever had.
