The Lamb was excellent with good taste. The atmosphere was nice, and one should make a reservation or get there early if one wants a table. However, wait staff could have been more quicker to seat me - I had a reservation, and they seem nonchalant about it, and were a little slow.

Yesterday we had dinner at this nice restaurant on the main side street of El kalafate. The service was the best we had in Argentina- excellent English and politeness. We chose the best red wine ever a(expensive). The Bisco Sour was perfect. All soups and main dishes were excellent. We had the second floor to ourselves and enjoyed the atmosphere.... More

The food is terrible , we had 16 different dishes all of them were bad ! The service is bad and very slow . The lamb , they recommended was so dry that it was difficult to swallow it. There breaded shrimps terrible as the bruchetta , just avoyed to go there . It's a tourist trap as many other... More

I came for lunch on Christmas day. Didn't need to see a menu. Ordered the lamb and a fishbowl sized glass of Malbec. Side of fries. The service was the best I had in Argentina, outside of Frances Mallman's place. The lamb was one of the best meat dishes I've ever had. That's all there is to say. i had... More

Had the entraña (a personal favorite) and it was cooked perfectly. The wait staff seemed a little hurried, but that's to be expected when you're managing 5-10 tables. Not a long wait for anything. Plus, free wifi and great wine!

The Argentine member of our group was very happy with the beef entrails, cooked to order. The fresh orange juice was delicious! The rest of our food was ok. The noquis were average, a little soft, normal portion size, but the sauces were good. The mixed salad (the typical tomato, onion, lettuce) had tasteless lettuce and tasteless winter-like tomatoes. The... More

We had the lamb which was wonderful. Big portions though, so one portion between two is plenty! Nice atmosphere, and good wine list. Quite expensive, but worth it.

And it was a great moment! Coffee was good and they had several types on offer. Service was professional. Prices were fair. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. We really enjoyed our break!

'Reasonable' by the standards of the area. Our bife de chorizo was more well done than the rate we had requested but I understand that that's not uncommon in Argentina. It was nevertheless, with the accompanying potatoes, very tasty and the wine was good and decent value. Service was courteous, if a little stiff, and the ambience is pretty good.
