I used to hang out here in high school, and was amazed to see it still standing - with original signage and everything! Upon entering I was delighted to find it still smelled the same - wonderful! This is a great neighborhood deli/specialty food stop. It's a must stop place in Central Phoenix, a true icon, with great deli foods.

The sandwich's are wonderful!!! All is made fresh. Fun to go somewhere that is not a chain. Prices are good. Place will bring you back to the 50's era. We will be back.

Cheese 'n Stuff is a fabulous little sandwich deli that we really don't have enough of in Phoenix. No one would bat an eyelash at a place like this in NYC, but in Phoenix it's a bit of a strange duck, and the first time I tried it I had to be encouraged by someone who had been there. So... More

You won't get cheated in ordering the New Yorker. Stan and his wife owners since 1973 of what seems to be a Phoenix Arizona landmark before many of them were, makes one whale of a sandwich. Genuine Boar's Meat and Cheese - generous portion. Courteous. A must experience for the visitor. That over a million are served out of a... More

There is nothing "fancy" about Cheese 'N Stuff. We'd passed by it several times before finally making a trip there to see the "Wide World of Cheese" or "Wonderful World of Cheese" or one of many globe-themed names we'd invented after seeing their amazing midcentury neon sign. It's a cramped little deli. They have cheese 'n stuff. Their sandwiches are... More

I had been to Cheese N Stuff a few years ago with a friend, but decided it was time to go back and re-visit it since I remember it being a decent lunch spot. I took my fellow sandwich lover friend with me because she has been looking for a good egg salad replacement since our favorite lunch spot closed... More

I have passed by this little shop dozens of times, and to be honest, the outside never really grabbed me as a place to go! However, today, I was looking for a simple sandwich and boy, did this place deliver. As I stated earlier, the outside is nothing special, but step inside and it is very clean and inviting. Simple... This place is just your typical deli from yesteryear... I love it! When you have a craving for a deli sandwich, don't you dare support horsemeat serving places like Subway... support something local, spend an extra $1, and get extremely high quality meats and cheeses...

Wide selection of true Eastcoast Deli style meats & sandwiches! A bit pricey-er than Subway, but WAYYYYY worth it! Family owned & operated, so the pride in service & the food is evident. We will return often as my kids LOVE this place!

We waited a bit in the wrong place with no one correcting us. That's my only small complaint, otherwise the people were super friendly and the sandwiches delicious. The Doughboy is the most popular for a reason! The Iced Sun Tea was definitely a highlight as was seeing all the history in the pictures and signs displayed.
