Had booked what seemed to be upscale restaurant for date with my wife before a concert in downtown Phoenix. Was not aware that it was part of a Westin Hotel. Two key issues. First the service was slow. We were seated promptly, but while watching a seemingly well staffed restaurant take care of the other customers (it was only 50%... More

Greetings WUBaker, Thank you for your feedback. Providing specific examples on where we could have improved upon our service allows us to elevate in areas that show improvement opportunities. I am happy to hear we are least tried to make it right during your experience, while taking into consideration that you had a concert to attend to. I hope that... More

Very Hip Lobby bar restaurant with excellent food. Avacado Toast is a standout as well as fresh fish selections. Good wines by the glass and reasonable prices.

Greetings Andrew! Thank you for the positive review. We certainly love our toast here at Province. We recently added a Ricotta toast as well to our menu to offer an additional selection should anyone not want Avocado. We hope to see you again soon! Best regards, Matthew More

We ate outside in an enclosed patio with space heaters and a beautiful water feature. Salmon with lentils outstanding. Good service and quiet enough to have a great conversation with girlfriends.

Greetings Divanina! We are so happy you enjoyed a girls night out on our patio! It is sometimes hard in a downtown area to find places to dine on a patio without being interrupted by the downtown traffic & noise. We hope to see you again soon before the summer weather comes and makes it hard to enjoy the outdoors!... More

The first thing I can say is that the customer service was wonderful. The staff really worked hard at getting things right. My waiter, well both my girlfriend and I thought she was super great. The food was alright for a bite but the best I can say its like buying a Lexus but you feel as if you were... More

Another after business dinner. We were disappointed in the atmosphere which is noisy urban casual. No tablecloths here. The highlight was the calamari, which is nearly as good as the best we've ever had. My Mahi was tasty but overly done. Overall we'd give this a B minus. Next time I'd go for drinks and the calamari, and skip dinner.

We were in town for business. The hotel where we stayed recommended this restaurant so I tried it. The mahi was very good. I also had the black olives as an appetizer and the broth was delicious (the best olives) and they were warm. I can't remember the bartender's name but he was very nice and knowledgeable about the area.

Thank goodness for the Province Urban Kitchen & Bar where we ate breakfast and dinner during our stay. Nothing was within walking distance. It's modern, with good food, pleasant wait staff and nice decor.

We loved it. Calamari was delicious with an olive citrus aioli. Cheese plate was perfect. Great wine. So glad we didn't venture out of the hotel.

I reviewed another hotel restaurant and it was just generically good, not for foodies. This is definitely a restaurant that could stand on its own. First, if you're looking at an online menu (opentable, anywhere), it can't be totally trusted but that's not an issue since the kitchen will still put together what they can. The online menu listed a... More

Menu was healthy, the service very very good - We had lunch there as well - salads were good, the burger and sandwiches were so so, and late night munchies we had soggy calamari, extra oily wings - but the fries were good.
