Loved this place. They had a plank board appetizer that was on special and was amazing. Also if you like Brussels sprouts you HAVE to try those. AMAZING!!!

Wow -- the name doesn't give this place much credit but the food does! Appetizer was their truffled eggs -- simply delicious and we could have ordered more they were that good. For entrees, my wife had brussels sprout caesar salad with rotisserie roasted pork and I had rainbow trout almondine with quinoa. Both were excellent. Service was also top... More

This was my 3rd time to Salty Sow! LOVE IT! They had a super bowl special BOGO. We tried the fish n chips ! Outstanding! flaky, light, good coleslaw & fries. They have a beautiful patio and excellent service.. we'll be back soon!

I am not a big meat eater. And then again, I generally find vegetarian dishes lacking - in flavor and innovation. So Salty Sow on Saturday night was a dinner engagement that I expected to be rather ho-hum. Well to say I was stunned is an understatement. Stunned because it was lip smacking, amazing tasting - scrumptious! We began with... More

One of our favorite places. Food and drink are always excellent. Service can be hit and miss. Sitting at the bar is always a good bet. Have not had a bad meal there.

Came here for a group dinner and can say that everyone enjoyed their meal. We started with the chips and guacamole and the charcuterie board. A few got the slow cooked beef shoulder, others got the pork tacos. Lots of variety on the menu. The beef shoulder was cooked excellent, but could've used a lot more sauce. It was a... More

I consider myself a porketarian. We live in Tucson and I have wanted to experience the Salty Sow for over a year. Finally, the timing worked out for us this last Friday night. The ambiance was trendy and busy and a bit loud (quite expected on a Friday night). Our appetizer was the green chile pork stew and it was... More

Our daughter and her boyfriend had visited the Salty Sow a couple of weeks ago and raved about it. We made a reservation for brunch and from the moment we stepped inside the place exceeded our expectations. It was warm, friendly, our server Chris was amazing (a recent transplant from Maryland ladies) and we were seated by the incredible $5... More

I've been to this restaurant twice. On both occasions I really wanted to like it. Upon introduction it sounds amazing. Unfortunately the service and the food have consistently been a notable disappointment. On the first occasion the service was very average. Very long wait for a server almost put off by our presence. The pork was dry and Leathery. The... More

Our group of friends dined here and everyone was so impressed the food they ordered. The menu is unique, large portions and everything tasted wonderful. We don't usually order desserts, but several of us were tempted by the choices and they also tasted amazing. The only downside I can think of is the noise level, it does make holding conversation...
