We were there for a business conference and decided to dine at Roy's since it had a good reputation and was conveniently in the hotel. We ordered the Canoe platter which had a few different appetizers on it. The one we really wanted were the Sichaun Ribs but when the platter arrived we were told they were out of ribs... More

IF a Roy's is where we travel, you can bet we go there! Only once in YEARS of going to Roy's at many locations (Maui, Oahu, California, etc) have we ever been disappointed! This Roy's is another fabulous one! Butterfish is our favorite but we tried other great things on the menu. All Great and the presentation always delight. Like... More

We have eaten at Roys all over the map, starting with the first restaurant in Hawaii Kai on Oahu, and so it has a special place in our hearts. If we are in a city with a Roy's and it's a special occasion, we always try to get one meal in at Roy's. If you like Pacific Rim/Asian Fusion Cuisine,... More

I stopped by for late dinner during their aloha hour. It's the hour before they close. I order two apps. Auntie Lei's roll and the Szechuan ribs. The ribs were so hot in terms of temperature. Almost like they been microwaved. The roll was loosely wrapped. I'd try Noru in the dessert ridge shopping center across the street if you... More

Two of us had an "appetizer" dinner while staying at the Desert Ridge Marriott. We had a lovely table near the fire pit. We had a sushi roll that was very good and filling. The Caesar salad surprised us with a slightly spicy dressing. The Crab rice had a large amount of crabmeat and was bland but good. Service was... More

We were at this Roy's AZ on Monday night...celebrating a birthday ! This is not the Roy's of Hawaii ! My husband and I just returned from Maui and went to Roy's on Kaanapali...Fabulous ! The best of food and service ! Roy's here is independently owned and not of the same caliber as the Roy's in HI ! We... More

Roy's bills it's self as a very upscale place to have a wonderful outdoor experience. I have been to many of their establishments. I love the one in Maui and loved the one that was located downtown NYC. I even like the one that was in BocaRaton. This one was very disappointing. Food was below par. Salty, and swimming in... I have gone to Roys in many different locations and have enjoyed the experiences in the past. At this location, I found the dinner very disappointing. I had the macadamia nut mahi-Mahi , a standard classic of Roys . The fish was ordinary and the nut crusted topping was very light in comparison to other times I have enjoyed it.... More

Roy's food is always good and the ambiance is fun. If you dare, order the pineapple cake when you order dinner ( takes 20 minutes or so to prepare and it's really worth it!). This restaurant is at the JW Marriott and has tiki lamps and great outdoor tables. After dinner take a stroll around the property if you're not... More

Lovely hotel. Impeccable establishment. Excellent service with Daniel. Diverse menu. The best wedge salad I ahem ever eaten. The Roy's Trio was unique and very tasty. Everyone raved about there food. Wife loved Seafood Sampler. Delicious coffee. Lackluster Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Not a bad price for the four of us. Recommended.
