After dining at another Mexican restaurant the previous night, which name I won't mention, I was told that Casa Manana was one of the best Mexican and Southwestern restaurants in the Gila River Valley in Eastern Arizona. I will make a point to dine there...More

Please note if you want the Emma’s Original Chili relleno it is based on AVAILABILITY only ! They said they ran out two days ago. Seriously? I ended up with the stuffed relleno and the beef was awful. It only had one small canned green...More

I was hopeful after reading the reviews but folks this is a barely adequate American Mexican restaurant. The “fish” tacos are batted and deep fat fried. The guacamole tostada was unimaginative and the rice inedible. I realize we’re in a food desert but after reading...More

We pride ourselves on our excellent service and our food is delicious. I am saddened about your experience. We've ensured our cooks are strictly following the original rice recipe. The guacamole is made fresh every morning and our fish tacos are definitely not traditional, yet...More

This is by far my favorite restaurant to go to in Safford, Arizona. I love their chunky salsa, with corn and flour chips. I always order the Green Chili Little Daddy, and it's huge! My husband likes the Green Chili Chimichanga., served with guacamole and...More

We stopped in here for an early dinner. We were seated right away and the staff was great. You get chips made from corn and flour tortillas and two different salsas. They were good. We both ordered their house margarita and they were good too....More

Looked at their menu and liked the looks of a few things that drew me to this restaurant. When we got there, we were told that those were seasonal items and not available. Chips came with 2 salsas, one smooth and one chunky which were...More

Thank you to the management for correcting a pricing issue. Brought to attention a discrepancy in the ticket. The staff being very professional about handling the problem. I was informed that management was on the way and that it could be addressed at that time....More

Service was amazing. Our waitress was really efficient. Portions were huge but you can find better Mexican food in Arizona. Their rice is not the best for example. Very cheap restaurant though so you can’t complain much!

Since 1951, Casa Manana is The Gila Valley's oldest Landmark Mexican restaurant serving many generations of families & friends. Our founders, "Gabby" & Emma Gabaldon began using family recipes & creating some of her very own. With a humble beginning in the original red brick house, guests couldn't get enough of of their food. Many additions were made to accommodate the many families that passed on the "Casa Crave" to the next generation. Original cast iron skillets used to make the green chili meat are still used today. The famous beef is still slowly cooked all night long using only a few ingredients and then hand-shredded. From freshly smashed avocados for the guacamole, award winning salsa to dip the addictive mixture of corn and flour chips. You are sure to discover your favorite dish when you stop in. The Casa family is waiting for you.
