You can't go wrong at a place where all the locals go. Their baked goods are wonderful and the burgers are great. We love the pizza. Desserts are to die for. I would recommend for a great local experience.

Desert Flour offers great breakfast items (small menu but delicious) and reasonably priced (cheaper than Red Rock Cafe). The restaurant is clean and offers fast service for your breakfast (great for going for a hike after to beat the crowds) Their bread loaves looked great (though no room in my stomach after my quiche) and there was a selection of... I don't recommend going on a Monday morning. They were out of most things... orange juice for example. This was our first visit.

We ate our breakfast here on our 2 days stay in Sedona. The 3 people team were very friendly and helpful in advising on the menu and it's a busy bakery with yummy foods to try. We ate indoors but there were outside seating areas also. We would recommend it to everyone who's in the Sedona area thanks to all... More

I have been going to the bakery since they opened around the corner. I may not have been the first on Mars or present at the signing of the Declaration of Independence but I was either No. 1, No. 2 or in the door first when they opened their aromatic doors a long time ago. There is Meredith who watches... More

Great homemade food, very friendly staff, good price point. Nice place to talk to locals and relax after hiking, very casual. Everything we ordered was yummy, polenta, hamburgers, pizza, fig salad, almond bear claws and raspberry truffle cake. Wish we would of discovered the place earlier in our trip.

Stopped in for dinner, although we were a bit apprehensive about a bakery for dinner--we love small town bakery sweets. We had the salad, pizza, and wine special. The salads were the best part of the meal. I had house and wife had the spinach; we both liked the freshness of the ingredients. They are a bit heavy on the... More

We visited Desert Flour two days in a row. Day one we got some turnovers which were good, and not nearly as expensive as other pretentious places in town. I was eyeing the bread pudding, made from the previous day's leftover pastries, so we returned the next day to try it. I should have tried it on day one, because... More

...order the breakfast burrito. It will come loaded with grill grease, made by a cranky cook. The ladies room floor was DISGUSTINGLY sticky, the top of the toilet bowl tank was on the floor, cracked in pieces. The cook wasn't wearing any gloves, and went from wiping the dirty counter to cooking. If this was Phoenix, they would get the... More

We bought pastries and they were delicious. Went next morning for breakfast and the pancakes were like rubber. Also had the quiche. It was mediocre but the home baked toast that came with it was very good. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
