We enjoyed having dinner at Oaxaca the first night in Sedona. The restaurant has lots of charm and character inside. Service was great and our family of 9 of both young and old found the food and drinks to be really good. The red chile...More

Me and bæ were driving through and we stopped here in Sedona and tried out this place. The first thing the server asked was do you want to sit outside and I was so surprised I just automatically said outside and it got better from...More

This is authentic ho.e cooked Mexican food. All the dishes are made from scratch and they have been here for many years. Only place I would try.

They have been in business for years are are still very good. Great for families and groups with a beautiful outdoor patio with views of the red rocks. We recommend green corn tamales and spinach enchiladas with blue corn tortillas. Portions are substantial with rice...More

Thank you for your review. We do suggest that if you want more spice or kick to your dish to add some of our habanero salsa. That seems to turn it up a bit for those who like more oomph to their dinner. We do...More

This place has not been great in a while. We used to love it. It's been said the "locals" won't go there. Last time we were there, it was 2 yrs ago, about 7p.m. There were only 3 other tables, it took forever to get...More

My brother & I came here one evening during our short visit to Sedona. It was a weekday, so it wasn't crowded at all. I ordered their chimichanga and loved every bite of it! Prices were decent (we didn't order any drinks, so that always...More

I expect more authentic Mexican food in Sedona. I could get the "same Mexican food " in Pennsylvania for a third of the price. Service was SO slow! I would not go back. I asked the waitress where the locals eat. She responded " If...More

I loved the starters we were served when we visited Oaxaca several years ago. All of our local Mexican restaurants in the South serve the tomato based salsa but you served something that looked more like pico de gallo (but it wasn't). Small diced tomatoes, onions, etc. but no liquid. I would love to make that at home but can't remember everything in it. Can you help?

Well, you'll just have to go there and see if they'll share their magic recipe! Just enjoyed it, but not good at identifying ingredients--sorry!

Why did you guys stop with the breakfast menu? I drove from phoenix to your restaurant just to have the amazing pancakes and your oaxaca burrito.

Same response as the above two folks - why can't trip advisor sort out questions directed to the restaurant instead of sending them to the reviewers?
