Service: The hostess was extremely sweet and worked with us to choose a table where my mother was comfortable and my father could hear. Our server was polite and smiled, but it seemed forced and she was often difficult to find. Food: My husband and mother ordered pizzas and found them to be rather bland. The pizza is the 500... We went there at 1:00 in the afternoon and they were not busy at all. The waitress took our drink order after about 5 minutes. We then waited about 10 more minutes. She never returned. We got up to leave and our waitress was sitting inside talking. She apparently forgot about us. When I said we were leaving, there was... More

Stopped here on the way back from the Grand Canyon to Flagstaff. The restaurant is in a nice part of Williams, but when you first enter into Williams you wonder if you should be there - you have to keep going till you get to this part of town. We shared a pizza and salad and shared a beer -... More

The Restaurant is misleading first off, it says it an Italian Bistro, far from it! I was looking for Italian not a local brewery. The wine selection was pretty much not one and the minimal Italian dishes they did have one of which was "THE DON" sucked.. I guess because they have a awesome wood fired grill, 'btw" they can... The food was lukewarm and it didn't seem that it was made to order. More like they scooped it out of a big pot. The service was not very good either. Then, we wanted 2 pieces of garlic bread to go with our pasta. We asked the waitress how many pieces were in the order. She told us there were... More

Wasn't sure we were even in the right place. Sign says Italian Bistro, but everything inside is about Historic Brewing Company. Its all the same place. Designer pizzas, do it yourself Bruschetta, a different kind of menu, but we really enjoyed it. Worth a try.

We went here late (after 9pm) for a glass of wine and a snack. Friendly server who was attentive but not over-bearing, and offered great advice. An hour later the place was still busy, and the entire wood-fire pizza was gone! Absolutely worth it.

First stop for us in Williams, cute place so we tried it. Initial reviews were good. Should have read further. My husband ordered a Caesar salad, it was an arugula spring mix salad with tomatoes and Caesar dressing both items my husband doesn't like. We each ordered a 12" pie, Margherita and "Frank Sinatra" he added sausage which gave his... More

We love the food, especially the Carbonara white pizza - to die for! Always have great servers, but our last one was our favorite. Jaron was the nicest guy and took great care of us :) You can tell when someone is a truly good person, and he is, and a very good server as well :) The only negative... More
