This is a place that we have one to over and over. They serve very reasonable specials. The service is always friendly and good. Lots of people meet as a group to see friends. They also have great yummy pies.

Best apple pie ever! Very nice find. Wednesday was all you can eat spaghetti for $5.99. There's a real railroad car attached to the restaurant that I can't believe we didn't go see. The restaurant is pretty large yet quiet.

Great old town location for meeting my friend for lunch. Great friendly service, sizable potions of tasty food it a spacious restaurant that features a railroad car as part of the dining area.

The service is above average, the food average yet priced fair. Seating can be cramped, especially if you it the the "dining car". Go once and decide for yourself if you want to go back. As for my family and I we go here about once a year maybe two and nothing changes, to include the carpet and very dated... More

As a local I've been like eating here since it's inception. You'll so totally get your moneys' worth in quality and quantity in this causal family type eatery. The Gyros sandwich meal, which is not a common find, is worth every penny and the fish lunch/dinners are all as expected and more. The atmosphere is open and airy with the... More

We were looking for a cute little diner.. We found a gross mess. The food put out in the salvation soup line looks better than this. The chili is out of a can. The burger was raw. The shrimp on the shrimp salad still needed to be deveined. Ya all know what that black vein in the back of a... More

We would never visit Yuma and not eat at the Mad Chef. Don't be confused with a greek restaurant in town.. This used to be called the Happy Chef, then the Mad Chef, and I understand they are just in the middle of changing the name again. The restaurant is a diner in Old Town with a railway diner car... After reading a review on trip advisor about this restaurant we decided to give it a try and we are happy that we did. I was not very hungry so I got a small size fish and chips. The Chips were actually steak frys and they were very tasty. The fish was cooked just right and was not greasy at... More
