Great Pizza at a Great Value

Not only can travelers and residents get a tank of gas for the road, they can also get the best donuts, pizza and sub sandwiches at Casey's in Corning.

Our local Casey's was flooded out for a year!! Had to visit Corning's to get pizza!!!!! Store was very clean and workers cheerful!!

I was so excited when we were driving thru town and saw they had a Casey's! Now we plan our trips around stopping at Casey's! It's a nice, new gas station / store. Gas was very competitive, they have subs, pizza, breaded chicken or pork sandwiches, salads, and much more. They also have donuts and other baked items. Their Crispy chocolate and peanut butter bites are the bomb! They also have all the other items a gas station would have, fountain drinks, etc.

The bad and the good

We were making a round trip thru Corning, AR. We like to eat at Casey's when we're passing thru because they have a couple food items that we enjoy, that are hard to find in the south. ie... Pork Tenderloins and Taco Pizza :) Friday night, I ordered 2 tenderloins online to have them ready when we arrived to town. A couple minutes after ordering, I got a call that the fryer was "being cleaned". This was at 5:00 on a Friday evening. Who in the world cleans a fryer at 5:00 on a Friday - I guess Casey's does. This is the second time we tried ordering from them and something was going on with the fryer - I believe last time was mid afternoon and someone "forgot" to turn the fryer on. We continued our drive, and ate down the road. Sunday, on our return, I placed an online order for a taco pizza. We arrived about 5 minutes before it was done, which was perfect timing. The pizza was pretty good, we've had better, we've had worse. We like that they have a couple small tables in the store, so you can eat there. We also bought their crispy chocolate and peanut butter bites, they were good as usual! Another thing, non food related, they were pretty slow when we arrived (mid afternoon), while we were eating, several people came in and had to use the restroom. Unfortunately, there is one stall for the men, and one stall for the women. The restrooms are good size, poor planning on Casey's part. Busy road, only "nice" gas station in town, and the restrooms have one stall. Casey's needs to plan better when building their stores. We'll be back!
