They didn't have water to wash the dishes you had to eat from a carry out carton. They also left another persons order at our table before they took it away again, abit of anon goal as the girls didn't seem to have a clue which orders were for any of the tables. In saying that, the breakfast bagle was... More

We were waiting for quite a bit for a table even though there were lots of employees standing around and talking. I asked if I could seat myself and was told no. When you have taken in and explored the magic history and beauty of Tara visit Maguires Cafe for some substance,! There is something to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The ambience is one of Celtic spirituality and wonderful pieces of art. Divine!

I've been to Maguire's a number of times and expect to return many more. I love their chicken Ceasar salad which comes with slices of their lovely bread that contains pumpkin seeds. I've also had just soup and bread, which is tasty and filling. Be sure to check out the desserts - there's lots of great options and plenty of... More

This is a great spot for coffee, lunch or a snack. The food is very good but not cheap. The service can be slow but the staff are very friendly. Lovely shop attached.

After a lovely trip to the Hill of Tara we finished our day off with some food and a drink in Maguire's Cafe. The cafe has a lovely, warm atmosphere and beautifully decorated. We had the Thai chicken noodles and the chicken risotto, a bottle of wine, bread and butter pudding for dessert and a glass of mulled wine. Everything... More

Recently had lunch here with my mum and sister. Food was lovely and the staff so friendly. The place was all done up for Christmas and really added to the experience. I had a pulled pork panini with soup which was delicious. I would've preferred the pork to be warm rather than cold. The dessert was a crunchie cheesecake which... More
