We spent 3 nights at the Riverbank in August with the whole family (children and grandchildren). The place was great and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant, it was excellent and very good value...for money. One tip. Deal with them directly rather than through an on line booking website. They are very easy to deal with.More

My family and I went to the Riverbank for lunch recently. It was the second time we visited the restaurant since lock down and it was very nice. Food is good value, portions are big and of a great standard. Staff are very nice.

We visited on our way to Dublin and despite a seriously late arrival due to sat nav failure the staff couldn’t have been kinder! Really lovely people. Rooms are nice and breakfast was lovely.

Very warm welcome, excellent dinner of freshly caught Scampi (so good), in a small intimate dining area with a blazing fire. Then a freshly renovated room for the night. Absolutely excellent experience. As for the breakfast, wow. If ever I get back to Ireland I...would love to stay again, this is a special hidden gem.More
