We stayed at the Hotel Alcazar de la Reina after a long day of bike riding and wanted an easy alternative for dinner. El Tabanco, just downstairs was perfect. The service was efficient and the tapas were tasty. We had chicken and Panko with apples...More

Like every meal, Tabanco was chosen after careful study of TripAdvisor. This not only didn’t live up to the hype, it fell to the bottom of our holiday restaurant choices. Tabanco is split into three rooms. The entrance serves “tapas”, the second hall serves A...More

Went there two times, first in the fine dining restaurant, second in the tapas bar. Both were excellent with lots of tasty and creative dishes. Perfect service, absolutely value for your money.

We had a fantastic meal at restaurante tabanco. The food was delicious - the prawn risotto is awesome - and we loved the wine recommended. The service was also amazing - I wish I'd caught the waiter's name so I could mention him by name....More

A lovely wood-paneled restaurant, classic food with elegant twists in gigantic portions. Excellent service, too.

Maybe it was because it was a Monday evening, but this place was very different from the one described by other commentators. Our party of six sat in the restaurant. Only three other couples were there during our two hour meal. The bar was empty....More

We arrived without a booking, but we're welcomed. The restaurant filled up quickly and is clearly a hit with the locals, never a bad thing. Despite getting busy, the service was quick and attentive, and coped well with our lack of Spanish. Food arrived quickly...More

We had got to the hotel too early to check in, but early enough for dinner. The hotel recommended having some food in El Tabanco, the restaurant adjoined to the hotel, which we did. We went to the tapas bar one night, the restaurant another...More

Our peerless tavern gives way to our à la carte restaurant. Room decorated with flamenco motifs where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Our dishes are made with the best raw materials obtained from our region, keeping the secret of the ancient Andalusian cuisine at the same time innovating new flavors offering the most modern kitchen. In addition the Tabanco restaurant has an outdoor terrace, located in a typical Andalusian patio where the faint sound of running water gives it some character mozárabe garden, making the patio one of the nicest places in the spring - summer all province.
