Came here for lunch with friends. We were all pleasantly surprised. The staff were welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a range of dishes and they were all extremely tasty, very well presented and delivered in a timely manner. I must highlight the braised beef....It fell apart, tasted heavenly and was complemented by the accompanying vegetables. If you have room, try the pavlova, it's divine. We will definitely be back for more.More

Although they were busy and our meal was a little longer arriving than expected the staff made up for it with their courteous attention. Excellent Service overall and good quality well presented food. Vegan options for one of the party were very good.

Visit the Oat Hill on Sunday with family. We all had the roast beef, which was amazing. Followed by deserts. The crumble is the best. The brownies are just as good. I highly recommend this pub, and will certainly be coming back soon.

I visited with a friend and this was the first port of call after lockdown, a very friendly welcoming when entering the bar and informing where track and trace is and all the measures that have been put into place. The staff are friendly, informative,...welcoming and the service is top notch as expected and as experienced on previous visits . The fish & chips are the best in town and so delicious and beautifully presented, the sharing platters have so much to choose from but equally as amazing. Very attentive staff always someone around checking for drinks or if they can assist in any way, the cocktails were flowing and delicious the best cocktails in town wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for them and such a great selection. So glad to see this place up and running again and that they are busy but operating in the safest way for all the customers and staff! Great job will be returning very soon.More

Wonderful place to socialise. Very welcoming staff. My booking wasn’t confirmed but we were still accommodated quickly. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Shout out to Beth and Faith, they were delightful hostesses. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable evening. Dog friendly...as well. My pooch absolutely loved all the fuss. Will definitely be booking again.More

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your amazing drive though Sunday dinner service, which we used today. The service was great, prompt and Covid safe, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted super fresh and the portion sizes were so...generous that we have some left for our tea! It was excellent value for money and definitely made up for not being able to eat in the restaurant. We will definitely be back! I would highly recommend your service to everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟More
