The Sunday roast was excellent. We chose the three meat selection and thoroughly enjoyed the. Roast. Vegetables were well cooked and the Yorkshire pudding was very good. Sweets were very enjoyable. Best to book as very popular.

What a lovely, homely place. An old Coaching Inn with loads of character and friendly staff. My husband & I stayed in room 5 for a couple of nights and we'll be back again next year ! Great beer garden too x

With a beer from their fine selection or a glass of wine after a stroll on #alnmouth beach. Winter or summer guaranteed a warm welcome and one of my faves on the coast

Worth a visit if you are in the pretty seaside town of Alnmouth. Good range of beers and food, although we only had a drink. Lovely raised terrace at the back of the garden where you can enjoy the best views form Alnmouth.

Stayed in this lovely little town for two nights and ate here 3 times it was so good! Food was delicious, especially the lamb rump! Only small inside so it's pot luck if you get a table. Staff we're excellent and good value too!
