If you're looking for somewhere to have lunch or just a cup of something when you're in Church Stretton I can highly recommend Berry's to you. Located centrally, it's convenient wherever you find yourself in town and once you've tried it you'll find yourself returning...More

Popped in with a friend after Remembrance Day service, it was extremely old day and berry’s offered a very welcome warm, not complaining but they seemed a little short staffed and took quite a while before we could order, would of thought they’d have arranged...More

I'm sorry you weren't served as quickly as we would have wished on Sunday. We were in fact one member of staff short following an emergency admission to hospital, and I'm afraid that it isn't as easy as you might think to find satisfactory staff....More

Berry's is located in a lovely period building and is a great place for coffee and cake or lunch. Good choice of freshly homemade cakes. The welsh rarebit is wonderful. Interesting collection of small rooms to dine in and lovely terrace/garden too. Efficient service.

Arrived at 1:30 pm on a Monday to find the café full (which was a good sign!) so returned 20 minutes later when tables were available. It was worth the wait - we enjoyed fishcakes and Welsh Rarebit and the Bakewell tart was excellent. Great...More

I'm sorry you didn't like our onion gravy, which certainly has more body than a more conventional "thin" gravy; many of our customers have told us that they feel it goes well with the faggot and bacon. If you let us know at the time...More

The cakes and cooked meals are very good, and service is acceptable. The range and quality of cakes is excellent although some of the more popular products , do tend to go off the menu quickly. Try the Coffee and Walnut. There is a multitude...More

We met a friend here for a light lunch. Lovely building, homemade food, service etc. If in town again, we would certainly stop here.

Friendly, efficient service. Very good latte and excellent cherry bakewell. A bit on the expensive side and the only place I have ever known charging for hot milk!More

I'm glad you enjoyed your bakewell tart: everything here (apart from bread and tea-cakes) is home-made, using good-quality ingredients so, if you are comparing our prices with places that don't do that (and may not be paying VAT), it is difficult for us to be...More
