Great food, very fancy menu. Only down point would be portion size could be a little more generous. Plenty of staff on hand and quick to serve you even though it was busy. All in all it was a really excellent meal.

The locally sourced seafood was amazing. Fresh n fragrant. Service and price good too. I'm always a stickler for a good coffee n brandy however. It faied me on both fronts. Get a coffee machine ffs. Get some brandy glasses!

Lovely wee local pub with a barmaid who made us feel so welcome. Open fire was nice to sit around with a glass of wine or beer.

Don't tell everyone of this wonderful restaurant as if everyone knew how blinking great it was they would be there en masse!!! An absolute gem. The decor is slightly dated but who cares . You are in beautiful Ballachulish with food which is second to none. My starter of mussels and cheese board was delicious but the hake main course... More

Visited in October. Left it late for Saturday booking in the main restaurant but was assured that the same menu was available in the bar area. Knowing that the food was excellent from a previous visit in July we decided it didn't really matter where we sat. The bar had a great atmosphere and once again the food did not... More

This pub was an excellentt location for us being over the road from our holiday cottage. We called in for a drink in the bar each night. There is free wi-fi in the pub. Food can be eaten in the bar, especially if you have a dog. It seemed to be quite full most nights. We did have a meal... More

Always a varied menu and good quality food at reasonable prices. Pleasant and efficient service. Ideal stop off point when travelling the Scottish West Coast (just north of Glencoe and less than 30 minutes south of Fort William).

Its difficult to review this place without sounding unnecessarily flattering but the truth is the food here speaks for itself. 3 of us (2 adults and 1 toddler)went for dinner in the bar and had seafood soup to start: massive depth of flavour from great base stock with perfect umami / savoury undertones, scallops at the bottom of the bowl... A friend recommended this place she visited earlier this year. I am so glad she did. We had our puppy with us so we are always a little weary at first incase he misbehaves. The staff were all really friendly towards him and brought him water and treats! We went in at lunch and I had the beef shin and... More
