Had a very nice lunch here. Great location at the heart of the port. Only "soucis" is we were politely asked to eat inside, while other clients were given the opportunity to enjoy lunch outside - including at our recently vacated table. I was told...it was due to bad weather anticipated 10 minutes earlier... read the weather forecast, guys!!! Photo shows view from my indoors table... :-(More

Friendly and fast service, very good local produce. Portions are a bit small and prices bit expensive but the restaurant is on an island and it might be difficult to get all products at a reasonable cost.

Our ability to walk distances is a little limited these days and so we were very pleased to find this place just a few minutes walk from the ferry. The views from the table were very interesting and changes as the tide rose. The menu...is entirely seasonal and catch dependent but food is beautifully presented and service was attentive.More

Not our first time to Ile-de-Batz as we have visited a few times before. This was our first visit to this restaurant. Its right next to where the boats dock. We chose to have the menu at 22.50 and were not disappointed. Good fresh produce...and nice fish. Potatoes are grown on the island and are very tasty. Service was good. Worth saying its also an eco-hotel if you wish to stay and open all year.More

We had a great value lunch right by the ferry. A fantastic goats cheese salad and salmon tartar to start followed by seafood kebabs. Absolutely fantastic local potatoes and some interesting seaweed made it an enjoyable lunch. Very friendly staff too.

Saturday Dec 29th, pretty cold and windy outside. We stepped in for a drink awaiting for the boat to Roscoff. Very unfriendly welcome. A large room was empty and it was 4:30 pm. We asked to seat in the room but it was not possible...because "not convenient" for the server...So we had to stay in a very narrow space where 4 people already stayed. No menu, " list of teas is on the wall"...table not cleaned with bred crumbs... A family of 12 people with a dog asked to come in for a drink but they were suggested to take place in a very narrow space so some of them stayed outside while a whole room stayed empty. I thought the woman there should maybe think of another job...and I thought with such a great location it is a shame not to be more welcoming....More

We went for lunch and hat the plat du jour, pork cooked in cider. It was a lovely hearty dish, well worth the money. I would definitely go there again.

Food was very good, nicely presented. All prepared at the restaurant, with locally sourced product (when they exist). Room very pleasant with view on the peer and bay where water can withdraw completely if you are at low tide. Service was good but could be...a tad more friendly may be. Certainly to recommend if you intend to visit this more or less car free island (not tractor free!)More

We both had the salad, generous portions consisting of lettuce, lardons, and delicious warm goat's cheese, all drizzled with a vinaigrette sauce. The frites we had ordered arrived late just as we finished the salad (the waitress had forgotten them - she wrote nothing down...when we made our choices) so they formed a slightly odd intermediate course. I revealed my origins by making a chip buttie with them, great! We drank fruit juices, had coffee afterwards, and the bill was a very reasonable 40 euros. We'd go back - the island is well worth a visit,More

This was our first time here this year and the food was well prepared. I always think the wine is a bit pricey here but you are on an island and all the wine needs to brought in by boat. A good place to sit...in the sun and watch the world go by.More
