Took a while to find this hidden gem, but once inside it has a great atmosphere, and great pizzas! It's inside the lobby of Hotel Tonito, beside the entrance of the army camp, located at the junction of Av Avaroa and Av Ferroviaria. We had 2 small pizzas shared between 3 people, the Quattro Formaggi - surprised to find blue... More

The pizza was ok and not more. But for me, the Price is way to high for a Restaurant in bolovia which is one of the poorest countries in latin america and for what the pizza tasted at the end! And it was even self service. So one pay that much money and dont even get serviced! We paid 14US... More

My girlfriend had the pasta wich was ok. My pizza was large and tasty! The prices in Uyuni are realy high and this pizzeria is not an exception. The toilet could ve been better, fresh towel at least.

While on our trip back to La Paz, we stopped by this place for a quick chow. We did not have any expectations at all. And then... Whoaaahhh... BIG pizzas... And definitely was the best food we had in our whole stay in Bolivia...

We had a nice pizza, garlic bread, and beer. Cool laid back place, good pizza and good vibe. It is located inside a hotel and there are no signs outside so it can be a little hard to find at first. It's a hotel on the crossroads of Av Avaroa and Av Ferroviaria.

As a gluten-free traveller, I've often found it difficult to find dining options in South America (especially when I can hardly speak any Spanish!). Luckily my friends and I heard about this pizza restaurant and sought it out when we got to Uyuni. It was very difficult to find, and my map often led us astray, but we eventually found... More

The Pizza was quite good, compared to other pizzas in Bolivia, but there was not enough toppings on it for me to think it deserves a top grade. It was 110 Bolivianos for a large pizza, that is pricy for Bolivian standards. But it was not bad, i just had much better pizzas in other countries.

We must have come on an off day, because the greek salad was colorless and vinegary and the pizza was largely flavorless, with little sauce and so little cheese it was translucent. We got the barbecue chicken pizza, netting us about eight fingernail-sized chunks of bland chicken and a scattering of "blue cheese". It wasn't the worst pizza we've had... More

Sorry to hear this but I do appreciate your review. I will look into the amount of vinegar used in the dressing and the portions for the chicken pizzas. Thank you More

Only place me and my group wanted to eat after our three day salt flat tours. 'Chris' (I think) the owner, is a Boston native and you can tell he is proud of the place and should be. Simple but well done Pizza at reasonable prices. Garlic bred with cheese is a must! Good beer and atmosphere, what more could... More

Description
Yes our pizzas are more expensive than what you are used to in South America. We take pride in hand preparing our creative toppings they all require extra steps - like 5 days to sun dry our tomatoes, bussing in (550 kilometers away) kilos of basil to create our home made pesto, I personally grill the marinated grilled chicken on my gas grill and fire roast the sweet red peppers before peeling them to ensure the best flavor. not to mention the blue cheese imported from argentina and cheddar that tastes great on the mexican pizza with fresh cilantro. We oven roast 20 kilos daily of roma tomatoes to make our pizza sauce. we even serve Starbucks espresso. Our customers are seeking something tasty and we know they appreciate the extra effort put into Minuteman pizza. Come experience us inside the Tonito Hotel.
