We stopped at Le Ciaspole on our way to Meran for lunch. It's a cozy place with great views on the montains, very nice staff and great food. Tartare from the deer (Rehtartar) - ever eaten before? Visiting Val di Non for watching the blooming of the apple trees, we were planning to have also a gourmet travel, knowing that this zone of Trentino has what to offer from a culinary point of view. We stayed two nights at the hotel and enjoyed breakfast and dinner both nights. What a treat it was. The food was excellent and the service was very personal and attentive. We have been fourtunate to be both guests and friends with the owners, Ivano and Antonella, for more than 15 years.
