The brisket is outstanding, as are the beans and the slaw. I hope to be able to come back some day (I am down here on business from upstate New York). Outstanding food.

Even calling in an order of bulk meats you will still have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get your food. Why they don't simply have bulk meats and sides prepackaged so all they have to do is grab it and put it in a bag, i don't know. And if you ask the staff why it is... More

Went for lunch and was not disappointed. The brisket sandwich was huge. My wife and I split it with beans an cole slaw. We still had food left over. The coconut cream pie with top notch. The ribs looked great but too much food for lunch. Can't wait to go again next year when we travel through.

We visit here often usually with out of town visitors how ask to go revisit. You will have to search far and wide to find better ribs than Back Yard. Also don't miss a chance to try a slice of their home made pies or some banana pudding you'll wish did. Not the cheapest, but some of the best anywhere.

This is a great place for BBQ and homemade pie. The food is great but save room for a slice of their home made pie. A definite must Magnolia.

I'm a BBQ snob and have a very high bar set when rating bbq joints. I was a little disappointed in this visit. First, though, the positives: the pies are the shining spot at this place. Go for the pie if nothing else. The beans here are not traditional bbq or baked beans but more of a bean casserole. They... More

You will never eat better BBQ anywhere. Ribs, chopped beef sand, pork sandwich, onion rings and all desserts are the best. Nothing on the menu is bad. If you're in town and don't eat here you're missing out.

Food is simply delicious. Turkey sandwich was so big there was no way you can get your mouth around. I suggest splitting it with someone. Its a great sandwich with flavors your not expecting from a smokehouse..the additional sauce is something special as well. The pies are awesome. Chocolate with 5 inch meringue! Peanut Butter, Coconut, Banana Pudding and all... More

I had heard the food here was great and I wasn't disappointed. I had the brisket plate with coleslaw and the most amazing beans. I used the drive-thru window for convince. However, it wasn't very convenient. The wait time for my food seemed as long or longer than if I had requested a table inside. Granted, the food was amazing... More
