We've only gone to Arowhon for dinners, but it's like going back in time. Beautiful resort a few miles off of highway 60. Meals and desert table are outstanding. Great service and ambiance. One of my favorites of all time.

We did not stay at Arowhon nut had dinner, it was excellent food. The only downside is that it is ea little bit expensive but I would say that the food is worth it. When we went they had a buffet with so many different things to pick from. Very nice location as well.

Excellent meals with wide variety and as good as you will find in Paris. Home made with mostly local foods. Expensive if you are going in just for a meal but if you want a special treat this would be the place. Bon appetit!

We stayed for a few nights at the resort, and had the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The food at all were excellent, as there was a wide selection of well prepared items, and there was something for everyone. The set ups for each were different. All included a buffet selection of appetizers and main course items... More

Had high hopes expecting a chef restaurant. The surroundings are beautiful and the restaurant has a great rustic feel. Went for lunch with a big crowd. Buffet of salad and soup starters followed by mains off a short menu. Just about everything was mediocre at best. Freshly made for sure just not very good.

Outstanding food in an incredibly beautiful setting. The opportunity to bring your own wine enhances the experience.

We stayed 3 days in the hotel and therefore had the opportunity to try various dishes. On a general note - the service is excellent. The food made from a very good materials and the chef knows what he is doing, but sometime his imagination taking him to places where the dish loose it's taste...

Stayed for three days, so have a pretty comprehensive sample upon which to base an opinion. First, general comments: We found service uniformly attentive and pleasant, a testament to waitstaff since gratuities are added to your bill in advance for lodge residents. I wonder how much the staff actually gets? Views are amazing. Bring ur binocs to dinner because u... More

Arowhon Pines was simply an awesome place to celebrate our 18th anniversary. The atmosphere, staff and food were all five star. If you like nature blended with elegance I would look no further. The dining room alone is worth the visit. An eighty year old work of art constructed with logs and stone.

We had lunch here recently. The buffet was small but each dish was packed to the brim with flavour. There wasn't one thing we didn't like. The dessert table was very generous and filled with great quality sweets. The layout was great and the food beautifully presented. The dining room is lovely and the view onto the lake is spectacular.... More
