Sorry you were under staffed, but I didn't need to hear about it add nauseum. Food; not greasy , not terrible , but not wonderful.

The building is tired, but the service and food I had was excellent. Right off the highway for easy access plenty of parking. We had the prime rib 2 for $20.
Tried the Prime Rib dinner for two and it was just fine. The mile high chocolate cake was one of the included dessert choices and was huge.....order ice cream on the side if you have room after eating the main course. $20 was a fair...More
We stopped here for breakfast on our way out of Palm Springs. It was my first visit to a Carrow's and found the food to be decent. I wasn't too impressed with the service we got; especially since there weren't too many other customers.
