I love Indian food and tried many restaurants worldwide, and this one is my favorite. The food is unbelievable, lovely atmosphere, service is amazing, staff nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to visit when you in this area.

I visited Bombay Palace last weekend, hadn't been there for a very long time. Was greeted warmly by the lady manager who was very attentive and welcoming. The onion bhaji was over salted but fine, the Tikka Masala disappointing, mainly because the chicken was too hard, I did ask if it was frozen but was assured (and believe) that it... More

The chicken tikka masala was not as yummy as before. The samosas were either frozen or missing something. Still, we enjoy going often after work for a nice quiet meal in beautiful surroundings.

Thank you Alan for your words! We strive on our consistency especially based on the facts that we have the same exact chefs working with us since the day we opened 32 years ago. So I'm sorry to hear that things weren't up to par on your recent visit. As for the samosas, all of our items on our menu... More

Have been visiting this restaurant for over 20 years now. It no doubt has the best Indian food in all of the city. No doubt the best Chicken Tikka Masala along with the Dal Makhni plus many more. When I first came I heard the story of the owner Deep. And what a remarkable story it is. But here I'm... More

Brought some of my staff here for a post Christmas lunch one day. The items are served "family style" so it made for a nice team meal - little vegetarian, little tikka masala, great samosas. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was light and airy making it a great location for such a lunch.

After bad Indian food experience in San Diego,We planned to try again in LA. We ordered paneer tikka and pakora platter for starters and in main course we had dal makhani, bread and malai kofta. We liked the paneer tikka starter a lot and pakora platter was fine too. The assorted breads were soft and curries tasted good. Would defined... More

We love Indian vegetarian food. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, but no longer. We ordered the puffed Puri bread with our meal and it was wonderful. So we ordered a second one. What a difference - the bread was nearly flat, oily and about half was crisp! We advised the waiter, but he did not know what to... More

I am so sorry to hear that the 2nd Puri didn't come out as perfectly as the first one had. I am even more sorry that the server who took care of you didn't bother to fix the issue. I do not take this lightly and I will do everything to avoid situations like this again. If a mistake does... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
