The food was amazing and the owner was very kind! We asked for bottle water and he gave us cups using his brita! It’s perfectly close to the beach, would love to go again in the future for sure! I highly recommend this place!

We got take out here at least 10 times during the shutdown and the owners were so sweet. Just told them to make what they wanted for us, and we were never dissappointed.
The restaurant is on the beach for starters. A great view of the Capitola Pier. If the woman waits on you while there your good. The men are not good waiters here. The food is Fabulous. My wife loves their peanut chicken.
Ordered take out and was disappointed. The restaurant was not clean when picked up the food. The Pad Tai smelled so fishy that I couldn’t eat it. The peanut sauce for the chicken satay was like peanut butter so I couldn’t dip the chicken in...it.More
Dubious looking from the outside and nothing stood out calling you in other than a love for a Thai food; which I have. Not the fastest of service I admit, at least on the day I visited, but the good food and presentation was well...worth the wait and it was reasonably priced too. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return!More
A convenient restaurant to our hotel and a welcome change to all American fare we had been indulging in. The menu was pretty straightforward but the spice level wasn't what we are used to, so was a little disappointed. The place is quite small, highly...decorated with Thai pictures and curios. We were the only people in that evening, so the atmosphere was lacking. It was a bit offputting having staff members doing paperwork/ipad on an adjacent table too. When they were serving, they didn't seem to care much. Overall, an ok menu and place although lacking ambiance.More
If you go early, you should be able to get a seat by the window looking out at the beach, wharf, the Venetian, and the river. It's true there are a few cobwebs in the corner but this is a family run business on the...beach with good food and good prices. It's nice that they have a small pho section of the menu. The pho noodles are good and veggies and seafood are fresh. The pumpkin curry is especially good too. I've been maybe five or six times and enjoyed it every time.More
Benji and her sister do a great job. Good food, and reasonably priced. Basic menu with a good selection.
We love Thai food and seek out this cuisine whenever we can find it. This restaurant, right on the water in Capitola looks as if it will be a fun, casual dining experience. But the restaurant staff, while nice enough are slow and inaccurate and...the place is really dirty when you start looking around. Seeing cockroaches in plain sight during the daylight hours is always a bad sign. Find another restaurant and skip this disappointment.More
We ate here while visiting Capitola Beach. The place has very nice Thai Food and service is good, however the place could use a little more organized staff. If you are into Thai food, they have an excellent curry. And the best thing is that...it is not as busy as some of its neighboring restaurants which, in my opinion, were overratedMore
I spent a weekend in Capitola, and my dinner at My Thai Beach was the best of my stay. After experiencing other restaurants on the Esplanade, which were very crowded and loud on the weekend nights, and had what seemed to be similar menus, it...was refreshing to walk into the quiet atmosphere of this restaurant and have some variety on the menu. There were not near as many patrons here, and I have no idea why, because the food was delicious. I particularly liked the chicken satay with peanut sauce. They also make fun bubble teas, I had the banana flavored tea and it was sweet enough to serve as dessert. Friendly service, and a lovely oceanside location.More
I have only had the sushi here. It is very good & fresh as can be. You DO pay extra for the Capitola Village location.
We loved their red curry! And the duck was delicious. This informal and very reasonable restaurant also has a view to the pier and ocean.
Second choice after first choice was closed for a week! Turned out Ok. Good food and good portions. View of the harbor.
Ate here expecting decent Thai food (but was admittedly not expecting much, given the stellar location on the beach with ocean/lagoon view) -- but was pleasantly surprised! Fantastic dishes -- Pad Thai and yellow curry were fresh and seasoned just right, Thai ice tea was...tasty but not too sweet, and service was friendly and professional. All in all, great place - will return for sure!More
