Small outdoor cafe with open air ocean view. Great clam chowder. I had clam strips and fries and it was delicious. For land lovers they have burgers and grilled cheese. Lots of fried fish plates being served. Paper plate and cups so not fancy. Meals around $10 and soup is $4.95 for small.

My wife's favorite lunch/dinner place. Seafood. Clam chowder is good there and you can substitute clam chowder for fries on one plate, a nice feature. Combo plates available; shrimp/fish, clams/fish all with cole-slew or fries plain or spicy, but not too spicy! They have bottled beer but nothing much else, of course water , soda things like that! I believe... More

Enjoyed a quick lunch of fresh fish. Loved the outdoor eating right at the beach. Beer and wine, good food, quick friendly service.

Wednesday special is fish taco with a side for $9.95. It is great and a full meal! Fish and chips are also good. Their tarter sauce is the delicious. The view is also very nice.

I had the Fish and Chips that the restaurant is famous for, and it was delicious. The tartar sauce was yummy with the fish and the homemade cole slaw was also delicious. The outdoor seating with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, nearby, was perfect. Ceiling heaters made our outdoor seating in January very comfortable. Casual and... More

We had a nice lunch outside. The weather was beautiful with a good view of the ocean while we enjoyed delicious fish tacos. The service was prompt. After lunch we had a nice walk along the ocean which very close to the restaurant entrance. The only negative was the restrooms were below average.

A group of us enjoyed a late lunch here on the perfect SoCal day. Portions were large and all seemed to enjoy their selections. Fried clam strips were extra crunchy and delicious. The real winner was the clam chowder -- a little spicy and full of delicious tidbits. Servers were fun and friendly.

Great shrimp and clam. Fish and fries good also with their own local beer. All fried though. Priced fair.

Very efficient and friendly servers. Unfortunately food was poor. We had the 2 pc fish and chips. The fish appeared at first to be generous in size but in reality were extremely thin fillets in a bloated crust. Crust was so hard we were afraid we might break the tines on the plastic forks so w just dipped then in... More

We stopped here for lunch. This is a cute place and the service was brisk but friendly. It is very casual with a nice view of the ocean. It is easy to find, right off Carlsbad Blvd. we shared the fish taco and the fried shrimp platter. They come with fries ( the seasoned ones are yummy) I did not... More
