We had heard of the chai and were curious. It is very tasty and unique. It is small and has a local flare. Friendly staff too. Had bagel and breakfast pita, all fresh and nice portion.

Rumi Cafe in Castro Valley is a lovely little face tucked in an otherwise not overly attractive shopping strip. Pretty good to vary friendly service and mostly good food items. They have great coffee! Cannot wait to go back for their cappuccino.
Good gyros and rice kabob plates. Prices fair. Small menu but also a coffee shop with tasty sweets so kudos to that. WiFi and ability to sit and read. Kid friendly. Local. All good things
