I have looked for a great traditional Chinese restaurant in this area and have been to a couple that just didn't do it for me. Until i made plans for lunch with a friend and she suggested Hong Kong, OMG I am so happy she did. I love this place and it reminds me of a Chinese Restaurant my grandma... More

An early dinner with Mom and Dad. We arrived around 4:30pm, glad we did, they got busy very fast. Very traditional Chinese decor, a little dated, but very clean. They have been open since 1969, serving AUTHENTIC Chinese food. OMG!, I couldn't believe it. It brought memories of former restaurants to my husband and I. We all decided on the... More

I stumbled on this place on accident while looking for a place for good moo shoo pork. Their reviews were wonderful and the restaurant is somewhat local to me. I was pleasantly surprised with this place! I enjoyed their delicious fried rice, chow mein and eggrolls. Just like NEW YORK! So if you are from New York and KNOW Chinese... More

This restaurant was probably there when the neighborhood was orange groves. The "Hong Kong" name is painted in the west end of the building and half obscured by the "new" building that was probably built next door 20 years ago. The best way to find this place is the canary yellow signage on the street. The food is authentic and... More

This is one of the oldest Chinese Restaurants in Corona. The food is excellent and you get plenty. I generally call my order in for take-out and on average it is ready for pickup within 10 minutes. Very delicious food and nice atmosphere.

My family had been spoiled by Chinese food in San Francisco's Chinatown for many years before we moved to Corona, then we tried Hong Kong. Most every Chinese restaurant spends their time finding the cheapest ingredients to save money, but it is very evident that is NOT the case here. We regularly have soups, ribs, egg foo young, to the... More

Love this place, the staff is always friendly and the food is made in the Cantonese style which is what we are used to in Hawaii. Some of my favorites include wonton soup which is made the old fashioned way, salt pepper wings, house special cantonese chow mein, subgum fried rice, sweet sour shrimp.

Hong Kong Restaurant is the only Chinese non fast food Restaurant that you can sit down and eat or get take out. On the west end of Corona. We eat there on a regular basis at least 3 to 4 times a month. The food is very good, some of the best I have ever had, and the prices are... More

Excellent freshly made Chinese food. Not much on atmosphere but the food is great. Great for take out.

The food tastes as old as the building is. I had a lunch entree: shrimp chow me in and sweet and sour mystery meat. It came with inedible egg drop soup and a fried shrimp. The shrimp had not been cleaned. The chow me in consisted mostly of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts - very little in the way of... More
