We attended a Rehearsal Dinner at Miguels, and the food was excellent. Also highly recommend their Mango Margarita. It was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, and a great atmosphere. Definitely a recommendation if you are visiting Coronado Island during meal times. It super close to the beach, and Hotel Del Coronado. So you can take a stroll when you're... More

Indoor and outdoor dining is available with wonderful ambiance. The chips and salsa came with a delicious cheese dip which was a nice surprise. Service was excellent.

Most people find Miguel's by accident or by word of mouth. Hidden behind a row of shops across the street from the Hotel Del Coronado, it's my favorite Mexican restaurant on Coronado. The food is plentiful and delicious, the margarita's are just right, and the wait staff are all smiles. It's worth looking for if you're in the area.

The service was terrific but the food was average at best. It's a nice place to have a drink and relax but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner.

Walking around Coronado and stumbled upon this treasure. Service was friendly and prompt. Delicious dishes, tasty margaritas and when we asked if they had ano extra hot salsa we got a remarkable hot habnerno sauce.

The del Coronado was our Sunday destination, and we really enjoyed discovering the famous venerable old hotel. But when lunch time rolled around and we saw the $93/person price tag on their famous brunch buffet, common sense prevailed and we got the heck out of there! We learned of Miguel's Cocina from the kid who ran the bike & board... More

Great place right across from the del Coronado hotel. Came here on a Saturday afternoon with a party of 6 and had only a short wait. This restaurant is essentially outdoors with somewhat open sides. There were a number of local birds flying around the restaurant throughout our meal. Once we sat down service was good and attentive throughout the... More

Good Mexican food in a tourist area that doesn't cost an absurd amount of money. Good its authentic and not too greasy. Liked the salsa and white queso they serve with the chips.

We, a party of three arrived at this restaurant on a Sunday at around 1:30 pm. There were a lot of people waiting and the hostess took our name. We waited about 30 mins to get seats. The service was lackadaisical and our particular server though nice but seemed confused. Even if I ordered margarita right away, it took us... More

We had dinner which was super tasty. I'm coeliac and the staff were knowledgable and helpful in choosing suitable gluten free options. I'd happily eat there again.
