It is a very, very Japanese place. The ramen was delicious, the service really good and the price was fine. Worth a visit!

Delicious fresh tasting prepared food. Very courteous staff. Pricing that's really good. Very little wait time. Portions are definitely made for sharing.

little pricey and not so tasty, my feeling is that they are living off an old reputation, was here a few years ago and felt the same way

First, restaurant opens for dinner at 5:30 p.m. Get there at 5:40 and all of their tables are nearly taken. Servers speak Japanese fist, then English, so had trouble in the translation. Lot of popular udon choices but i went with the teishoku set ($34). Very filling. Not bad.

To my surprise a japanese restaurant very authentic. I had cold soba with tempura. My friends had pork, misso eggplant, tempura. Everything was very good.

This restaurant was a favorite of my late Uncle & I can see why. The food is fabulous, the service prompt and I love the private rooms you can sit in. Everything that we asked for was brought promptly and correctly. We look forward to visiting the place again!

Sanuki No Sato is really an excellent place for Japanese lunch or dinner. We had been a regular customer every time we visited Southern California. Their noodle specially Udon was exceptionally good. We had decided to host a small party of 20 for dinner on Monday night and still returned for lunch the next day. This proved our appreciation to... More

I love Sanuki no Sato. We always went to Sanuki no Sato weekly for lunch when we lived in Torrance, CA. After we moved to Northern California, we still visit Sanuki no Sato when we come down. I love their tempura, nabeyaki udon, tonkatsu, beef nanbanyaki, the mini donburis, and so on. I can go on and on. The broth... More

If you want traditional Japanese food, this is the place to go. No fusion style, no other ethnic influence, just the "real McCoy!" If you care to take your dining experience to the next level, they even have authentic Tatami rooms for your pleasure. The food is impeccably prepared and delicious. The service is A+ and the staff go out... More
