I have been here before and something draws me back. Only to be disappointed. the level of service here is average at best. the quality of food poor and way over priced. there are too many other choices to bring me back again. Sorry.

We have enjoyed Hollister for many a lunch and dinner, but never tried their Sunday Football Brunch. We had a great breakfast. brunch, enjoyed some good craft beers, and watched some great NFL games in a rather noisy crowd.

Went there on a Sunday night. Great fish tacos and the duck fat fries are really good. I liked that you could order beer in a small glass since I'm never able to finish a pint!

Hollister Brew Co. was the original craft brewery in the Goleta area and still has by far the largest and most diverse selection of house brews in the region. Typically their board shows 16-20 brews ranging in style from light Blondes into Pales and several IPA's. Malt fans don't despair they have a great Red (Table 42) a good Brown... More

We recently moved here and are walking distance from HBC. My husband's new favorite! Plenty of brews on tap to try and friendly service that is quick and remembers the details.

This place is your standard brew pub, but it's a nice place to go, the food is good and a good selection of choices and the beer is good too.

Came here about four years ago and was not impressed with their beers. Was in the area again and decided to give it another try. The beer has greatly improved. First visit it was uninspiring and just kind of meh. This visit the flavors are much deeper and pronounced. It's nice to see a small brewery growing into its own... More

We sat on patio which is in front of restaurant with view of parking lot so not really ambience. Servers were okay but not attentive. Food and beer very good. Enjoyed flight of beer. Kid menu good.

I ordered a pizza. It cost $13. I asked myself, is this is a frozen pizza? I should not have to ask myself that question. Service was spotty, even though it was not that busy. The beer was not bad, but there are better options. This is more of a restaurant than a bar. Prices for beer were very good,... More

Something for everyone on menu. Very accommodating staff with understanding of children's wants. Fast service as we wanted to catch a movie afterwards
