They have bad lighting for a reason. So you cannot see the filthy mess that is your food. A greasy disaster. Go to the willow if you want good food at good prices.

The Owl is an old establishment with an interest history and even a ghost!. If you want a great steak this is the place to go. Try the billy blue bread.
