Chewy noodle and fresh ingredients. I found broth was thankfully less salty than ramen can be. I was in mid afternoon so not crowded at all. this restaurant is run by Chinese staff. A bit out of he way between downtown HMB and 92.

This sushi is cutting edge, pleasing to the eye and it is heaven to the taste buds! Everything is so fresh and prepared with such care and detail. Please run don't walk to this amazing eatery!
I am a local and live in El Granada. I love Shiki. Their food is outstanding. The variety of sushi and sashimi is excellent. They are friendly and the sushi chefs know their business. I eat here on a pretty regular basis.
