It's been awhile since I've eaten at The Willow. Yesterday I ordered fish and chips and it was horrible. The batter was soggy with grease and the fish hard to find. The staff was very friendly and attentive, but won't be going back.

My mom and I drove up from Modesto to have a nice lunch with my Aunt and Cousin who are locals in Jamestown. The atmosphere at our booth was very nice in this historic hotel. We enjoyed the wallpaper and the tall ceilings. The service was good. I had a delicious Cobb salad. The half order was more than enough.... More

If you're looking for a really neat historical place to have a good steak, this is it. They have a really good fondue for cheap. I've had their steaks which are good, but my favorite is the Chicken piccata. Probably the best piccata in the area. Even a friend of mine agreed it's the best. And...attached to the restaurant is... The Willow Steakhouse & Seafood Grill epitomizes a saloon from the old west. The original hotel on the Corner of Main St. & Willow was built in 1862. There is a history of fires, & it is said to be haunted. I admired the rare antique high-back booths that afforded privacy & the floral wallpaper that was period perfect. There... More

We had mixed feelings about The Willow. We were in the area over the Thanksgiving weekend and chose The Willow for Thanksgiving Dinner. We had a very nice meal. It was well prepared, tasted wonderful, and the service was great. Four days later we returned for a quiet dinner. While there was nothing really bad about our food, there was... More

We went in and it took them a little time to get to us, as they were very busy, so they brought us an order of free fondue that was very good. We each had 1/2 Cobb salad and there was still so much that I couldn't finish mine. We tried a cup of Beef Barley soup and I would... More

I had their Club House Sandwich, Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato, with a glass of very good ice tea. Excellent for only $9.95. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. You can not go wrong dinning at the Willow Steakhouse. I highly recommend!

Beautiful food , loads of it too, sitting in a restaurant that had a special atmosphere. Jamestown is a small and friendly place, which also host an old steam train museum. We spent a very pleasant day there.
