Like the previous reviewer, we used to go to Cafe Sushi quite frequently over the past 4 years but this last visit will definitely be our last! The 3 of us decided to celebrate one of our party's birthday and arrived at the restaurant shortly before 1pm. We ordered a fairly large meal / US$38 worth of sushi [ 50... More

I have been eating here for years. Used to love this place, but it seems to be hit by owners change, and now quality is suffering. We had a TA yesterday, food was very bad, fish tired and flavors suspicious. Some we couldn't eat at all like the salmon roll, another roll of salmon skin had Fish bones in it!!!... More

The curry here is one of the better one's I've had anywhere, let alone Cambodia. The Katsudon has a decent sized pork cutlet and the flavors are very well balanced. All dishes are well seasoned and the sushi is quite fresh. The staff is attentive, has good knowledge of the menu and if he has time the chef will come... More

Best Japanese we found in Sihanouk. We had a variety of sashimi and sushi, all were fresh and nicely prepared. Miso soup was very tasty and not loaded with sodium. Service was very good. Location is good right on the main street so outdoor seating is noisy. Indoor seating is peaceful though. Prices are on the high side but quality... More

Googled to find a sushi place nearby and was so excited. Had been traveling areas without sushi for a while. For some reason this cafe came up, rather than the other sushi places close to serendipity who actually are closer to my guesthouse. Anyhow! I set off in the heat and started walking. This place is a fair bit up... More

A good small place, Japanese owner with good quality of fish and food. Been there many times and keep coming back for more. Helpful staff. One of the better sushi places in Sihanoukville.

Came here for a friend's birthday (told them in advance with no expectation) and the owner organized a lovely made cake for dessert and didn't charge anything for it. What a nice move! The sushi itself was delicious, very fresh fish I can recommend the spicy Salmon roll of which I had two. The sashimi my friend had was amazing... More

Been to this restaurant several times. Initially it was very decent sushi bar but nowadays it is much worse. Almost always there is no some fish. Sashimi comes with strange sets only. Prices quite high portions are small but the quality is not so good anymore. So we switched to another sushi bar. Miso soup is not so tasty anymore... More

Description
Very fresh food, sushis prepared on demand by a wonderfull Japanese Chef so fascinated by his job (you can see the passion in his eyes when he talks about food, even if you do not understand japanese ...), , after an intoxication (with sushi) a few years ago, i never tried again, i was to scared ... but we recommended this place to me and the atmosphere inspired me confidence, the result ... pure delight !!
Large menu of sushi, sashimi and rolls, but also curry, yaki tori, fish , noodles (soba and uddon ...), i'm now addicted to japanese cuisine, which is way more than sushi !!! And the cold plum sake ... you have to try !!
Small red and white restaurant, service very friendly, price not expensive for this quality (yaki tori 2,50 $, plum sake 3$ the glass, rolls, sushis 3$ ...)
