Some of their items are very good (eggplant parmigiana, some of the veal dishes), but others are just so-so. One of us had a chicken dish with rubbery chicken. Will be back to try other menu items.

The wait may scare you but it is well worth it! It is a wonderful place that embodies the King Beach vibe of coolness and family, and wonderfulness! The food is better than almost anywhere in the world I have ate at! A must to go to when you want good food and wonderful staff!
Cozy family friendly atmosphere, though it can get a bit loud when busy great menu (the lasagna is truly outstanding) fast courteous service sourdough based garlic bread with house marinara sauce is fantastic the only problem I had - I was Sooo full because I ate so much. In typically overpriced Lake Tahoe Lanza's offers a great dining experience and... More

My husband and I were there for a cold night in early January. It was Wednesday and for our surprise it was full!!! We wait for 20 min and the we start to enjoy the great atmosphere and delicious food. It was a great experience, with great stuff. Highly recommended!!!

My hubby and I have been coming here for over 20 years - LOVE the Chicken Picatta! The version with Salmon was also very good. Not only is their food... More
