I was not expecting a "gas station" to have such a wonderful deli and shop. The deli sandwiches were absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the convenience was amazing.

Wide variety of food options. Decent fare, good portions. Best food option in the area. Kid friendly. A small grab-and-go section and gift shop adds to the quaint feel.

My sister mentioned this restaurant as famous when I said I was visiting Mono Lake, and I checked out the reviews. I have traveled all over the world, and this is a world class restaurant. An amazing gem about in the middle of nowhere.

A most welcome cup of tea ( and a decent restroom) after the drive over the Tioga Pass, plus a good selection of food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Also loved browsing the extensive gift shop.

We had lunch at the Deli on our way out of Yosemite. The food was great but the portions are huge! We went for one sandwich and a side of chilli cheese fries, and it was so much food! It was delicious though - definitely...More

You MUST stop at Whoa Nellie Deli if you're in the area. Whether you've just descended from Tioga Pass or about to climb up to the park, check out this place at the Mobile Gas Station. What seems like unlikely bedfellows turns out to work...More

Yes, it's true, this is a gas station that has great food. It is actually a restaurant inside a very large gas station with a full gift shop, bathrooms, tables inside and out. Good food, super fast service.

Stopped there for a breakfast burrito this morning on our way into the park. They didn't warn us how large they were and actually shared one. Simple cafe but good coffee in a nice mug, friendly and fast counter help.

We just called by to pick up ingredients for a picnic lunch. The sandwiches at $7.95 plus tax were heroic.

I always eat here when I'm anywhere nearby. The food is excellent. The pork chops are always good as well as the meat loaf and fish tacos.

There is a great grassy patio area with tables outside, great view, great for dogs. Several diners had their dogs with them when we dined.
