We were a fairly large group, and the tables were all set and ready, and our server did a good job, considering she was the only one working with our group as well as other patrons! My meal was okay-the shrimp scampi was actually quite good. The salads seemed to lack dressing at first, but that was remedied. It seemed... More

The facility was quiet, relaxed and perhaps one 20 percent full. Our drinks were brought quickly. The one server was running as quickly as she could to serve all the tables. As usual the salad was superb. The entree was an inadequate serving.

Strings has always been a favorite place for the family. We all love the salad and dressing. Unfortunately they no longer bottle and sell the dressing. You might want to reconsider that. If you do not see something on the menu ask. We love the combinations they used to call Tour of Italy. We asked and they made it

Parking in front, seated quickly, good service, alas food not so good. Always have enjoyed great food here. Ordered our usual, calamari. Over cooked/burnt and as tough as an old "sole." get it? Really sad.

One of two favs in town. Lasagna, artichoke ravioli, eggplant/veal/chicken parmesan, all very good. They do an awesome "dump salad" with a killer dressing and the bread is fresh and tasty. Dining room is comfortable and service has always been good.

Stopped into Strings on Friday night for a bite with friends. We were seated quickly even though the restaurant was quite crowded. Our drinks came quickly (we both ordered a nice Starborough Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc $5.79 ea.) and our orders of Tortellini alla Panna ($11.99) and Fisherman's Stew ($17.49) came shortly after. Both dishes were cooked to perfection and were... More

We weren't really in the mood for Italian, but the hotel clerk recommended this place. It was a bit far from the hotel, about 2 miles down the street, but worth the drive. Great service and food and a lot of it. It's located in a small strip mall area, across from Target.

An excellent dining experience. One of our favorite Italian restaurants in the Lodi area. Their salad is absolutely delicious and they keep asking if you want more. I would, except then I would miss out on a wonderful entrée. My favorite dish is their meat lasagna. Make sure you ask for a large spoon! Mama mia!

Meh - Not much atmosphere, food is ok. Flavor is just not the "traditional" Italian I expected... and Caribbean Chicken Salad?? How is that Italian? Not impressed with their spaghetti & meat sauce. The Cacciatore is not the classic 'Hunter' style, and no Saltimbocca. However, there are many hearty choices on the menu. The Chicken Picata was very good as... More
