Whenever in the mood for udon this is the place we choose . My favorite is the Shrimp and Mochi Udon, my kids love the Assorted Tempura. Pretty much any udon you pick will be as delicious as any other. The service is always pleasant and fast. Highly recommend it whenever in the neighborhood.

I love the noodles here! But... They are little racist. I've had been here three times, and every time I was there they would sit me far away, kinda hidden and I would always be there early before everyone and I would be the last served.

Oumi Sasaya typifies the LA area phenomenon of awesome ethnic food coming from a fairly non-descript strip mall. This example is characterized by handmade udon one can order with a variety of accompanying meats, seafood, or vegetables. This place is right on point. Food is great, service is fast and friendly and..its a real value. Ask for Rykako, she is the best server. The owner Matchiko is right there making sure every dish that goes out is perfect. My wife loves the curry udon! I have not tried one thing that I did not like. Get there... More

The best shrimp and moshi udon I've ever had in my entire life! The noodles were hand made and cooked perfect al dente. Te shrimp tasted fresh as well. I've nothing negative to say about this place! :)

My family loves this restaurant. Their noodles are the best hot or cold. Our favorites are the curry udon and Sesame chicken with cucumber udon....though everything is delicious. The noodles are made fresh and are so good. The place is small, so go early to minimize the chance of a wait for a table. It gets busy at peak times,... More

hand-made udon next door to Gaja with lots of interesting choices but in the end, the noodles at otafuku is better.
