So, so good! You can order off the menu or use a form to build your own burger. It lists every/any possibility you can imagine (and some that made me wonder who would put such things on a burger) I did a build your own burger (cheddar/bacon/garlic aioli) with Parmesan fries. Medium rare and that's exactly how it was done.... More

Sat outside - Sun out A 'make your own burger bar' - great quality and choice. And with starters $20 per person. Awesome value. Oh and we had Gluten Free (just to try it out) surprisingly quite tasty.

Here's the thing: The Counter makes good food, but it comes at a price. To me, it costs more than I'm willing to pay for a burger, even if it is a bit gourmet. Also, you have to order fries if you want fries. They aren't included with your burger.

This is our second trip to The Counter. The system takes just a bit of coaching but it works. The use of the "forms" for ordering is second nature after the first visit. The food is fresh and well prepared. Staff is nice...busy but helpful. Portions are big! All in all, we shall return for yet another visit.

Eating a burger in Us is very easy, probably you can find a choice every mile. The counter is positioned on hi end. You can take a seat and fully customize your burger, down side the price is comparable with normal restaurants.

This is only my second visit to The Counter, but I have to say their food is always delicious. This location was nice & quiet (Sunday night). Service was great, food was delicious, and great company. I got their custom sandwich, but love that you can custom make/ "create" your own burger. They do advertise the Create (servers shirts promote... More

The make-your-own concept taken to another level. Beef and chicken options as well as buns or salads. Big portions.

This place has really good sandwiches. The chicken, mushrooms and onions sandwich was really tasty. The burgers were also really nice. The only thing I would say is that you have to order the fries/salad separately as they don't come with the sandwich/burger. So maybe a bit more expensive than other places. You can do your own burger which is... More

You can create your own burger from picking from different meats to many different toppings and then a large assortment of sauces. They are a good burger but for the price ($20+) I would have rather went somewhere else.

I had a gift card to the Counter and decided to try it out. I was very disappointed. Yes, you can basically create your own signature burger with the many ingredients they have to offer, but it wasn't worth the time or money. From now on, I'll prepare my gourmet burgers at home. There are too many other burger spots... More
