I love this place and always ask for venison even when it's not on the menue. The wait staff are all actors and very outgoingThey hovel kinks of unusual entrees from all over the word and the drinks are strong. This was my anniversary place, because it was our first date place. Its busy at dinner, can be noisyish, but very cheerful.... More

We were attracted to this place, nestled down a flight of stairs, by the fairy lights in the trees outside. Whilst we were expecting Japanese influenced food, as it was a Sunday we decided to try their Passport to International Cuisine Menu - French flavours the day we were there. At very reasonably priced set menu of 4 courses for... More

Since so many years on the block and not a bit dated. good food and perfect service. I like to come back to this restaurant which was trend setting more than 20 years ago and still serves modern food with a twist.

Charming and highly atmospheric restaurant with diverse menu - our friends had the duck and loved it; my husband had the filet and I had the spicy lobster - all excellent - the vegetables also. Service was friendly and professional - a last minute choice that turned into a wonderful surprise - we will return!!

A Japanese/ Asian/ European fusion restaurant with an interesting menu of sushi rolls, sashimi, Italian pastas and French prepared meats. We've been here several times now and the atmosphere is nice, and seems good for both couples or large groups. Service is a little slow, but the food has been consistently good. The West Hollywood/ Beverly Hills location is a... More

Liked: food quality, location Disliked: extremely slow service (for 3 people at non-peak hour), inflexible with dessert offering (i.e, the dessert that is offered off of the pre-fixe menu is not available for individual sale, although other items are usually available on the a la carte menu) I've eaten at the Brasserie in Venice and the location in SFO and... this restaurant never ever fails me and I've been eating here for over 20 years. The food is consistently excellent and many of the staff have been there a long time too so they know a thing or two about the place and its people. the rumor is that Tuna Tartar was invented here and I have to say I...
