I'd been here once before and had a very good lunch. My recent dinner was quite disappointing. Chicken was dry and tough, and shredded pork also stringy. Bread served with dinner was soggy. Disappointing since I was expecting far better based on my prior visit.

This is a must-visit spot in L.A. if you're looking to experience AUTHENTIC CUBAN FOOD. Their Garlic Chicken is the signature dish-It is amazing-if this is your first visit, try this first. Thy give you healthy portions-so bring your appetite. The black beans and rice/plantains are exceptional. Aways good service.

After seeing Chef by Jon Favreau I felt an urge for Cuban food... we ended up in Versailles (fun fact for Frenchie;) and had a great late lunch... we missed the lunch menu because to late (3ish) anyway, we tried several things and even if it was mostly oily... it was good and we couldn't finish the plates ! Salsa... More

Months ago, my son and his fiancée, my husband and I met with the manager of Versailles to schedule the welcome dinner for 35-40 people on April 7 before their wedding the following day. I confirmed the guest count, date and time on Tuesday April 4. On Friday April 7, I arrived a half hour early to decorate the tables.... More

Nothing to write home about. Mediocre food. Service is good and staff very friendly, but it is really really hard to hear. Difficult place to have a conversation and hear each other.

These restaurants (4 in total) are delightful. The food is delicious and plentiful. While my favorite is the half chicken, the pork is great as well. I've tried the calamari steak and friends have loved the steak and beans and rice. Each dinner comes complete with rice, beans, and plantains. I usually get extra plantains as they are wonderful. Their... More

This was a good place to eat, since my sister & I were famished when we entered. The restaurant is large, and there were many patrons, enjoying their meals. My sister is a big fan of fried plantains, and she found Versailles' plantains delicious. She was especially pleased with the bread!

I have been going to this restaurant and this location for years and the taste is still the same or even better. I highly recommend this place and price is also affordable. The only thing is the parking here is a tad bit hard especially in the weekends but it's worth to wait and look for parking. You gotta try... More

My sister chose this restaurant to meet for her birthday lunch, since she passes it often, and wondered how the food was. We decided on the sweet fried plantains, versailles pork and moros y cristianos (black beans and rice). The servings are generous, the wait staff efficient and attentive.

Went to our reliable Versaille for a Cuban food fix but it was just okay this go round. Our orders were served very quickly but my wife's meal was only warm, not hot off the range. They took it back and warmed re-heated or cooked it again. I think the sauce they poured over the pork was the culprit (luke... More
