The pastrami sandwich is the absolute business. Theres no need to elaborate just go and eat one. The decor is old school and I like it.

I imagine Canters has not changed in over 60 years. They have other cuisines beside Jewish but the cabbage rolls were delicious as was the large dill pickle! The pastrami on rye was excellent. We bought poppy streusel to take away.
Possibly the best sandwich I have ever had ! Salt beef yeah baby Great staff great surroundings Wish I could bring you to the 🇬🇧 A real gem amongst fast food chain heaven. Can’t wait to come back.

We walked in hungry, but after a pastrami & cheese on rye and a BLT walked out loosening our belts. The old-world vibe is the icing on the cake. Speaking of which, I wish I'd saved room for dessert!

For eat in or take out...this place as been a staple of my los angeles life. The corn beef, pastrami, potato salad and coleslaw are a must order. A secret shared only with close friends...the race trace cake, slightly warmed...and we have a smiling faces
